Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a Part-Time Supported Employment Specialist to provide evidence-based employment services to adults with severe mental illness. This role partners closely with clients to help them identify, pursue, and sustain meaningful employment aligned with their goals and preferences. The Specialist works collaboratively with treatment teams, employers, and community partners to support successful employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide direct client services focused on achieving employment goals.

· Assist with job exploration, resume development, and interview preparation.

· Deliver ongoing supports to help clients maintain employment.

· Engage new referrals within required timeframes.

· Maintain documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).

· Meet productivity expectations including service hours and employer outreach.

· Build relationships with employers and community partners.

· Collaborate with treatment teams and attend meetings/supervision.

· Use evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing.

· Track and report employment outcomes.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Vocational Rehabilitation, or related field.

· Experience working with individuals with mental illness or disabilities preferred.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of job search and interview preparation techniques.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic systems.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Salary Range: $21.92/hr - $28.12/hr
