Performing quality reviews and internal audits; evaluating data and writing reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.

Responsibilities:
• Monitoring engineering processes and products for adherence to company and regulatory standards and practices; participating in quality
improvement initiatives and projects.
• Analyzing statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished
product.
• Recommending modifications to existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality.
• Conducting investigations and analyses which contribute to the development and implementation of methods, procedures, and equipment
that ensure quality standards for parts and prime products.
• Participating in and offering technical support to internal and external audits; following up on response of corrective action from audit.
• Interacting with manufacturing team members to determine root cause of quality issues and ensuring that corrective and preventive action is
implemented.

Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Knowledge of the concepts, principles and techniques of root cause analysis (RCA); ability to use a structured approach to identify the causes of undesirable consequences in a manufacturing environment and the changes needed to prevent recurrences.
