This role entails serving as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our Fixed Base Operator (FBO) front desk and lobby. Metrea Executive Aviation (MXA) has established itself as a versatile force in the business aviation industry, offering an array of specialized services. It operates four business units across the spectrum of business aviation. Providing Part 135 Charter, Aircraft Management, Part 145 Repair Services, and Fixed Based Operations (FBO). Operating as a subsidiary of Metrea, a defense company with a mission to harness commercial innovation for national security challenges. Metrea Management provides central services to 9 global business units via Operations, Solutions, Strategy, Legal, and Finance teams. 

Essential Functions Statements

• Oversee CSR support of customer database validity (customer calls).

• Create and maintain a welcome customer service-oriented environment, in a professional manner.

• Cater to high-net-worth clientele and businesses.

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing clients and crew members to maximize client satisfaction with the goal of capturing repeat business.

• Process customer purchase and fuel transactions.

• Work closely with Line Service Personnel, coordinating fuel and service transactions, will need to help with wing walking as needed.

• Responsible for oversight of trip details including but not limited to passenger catering, transportation, lodging and other needs.

• Manage communication lines, multiple phone systems and a two-way radio

• Retrieve FBO tenant mail and disperse accordingly.

• Complete all Daily Fuel Reports

• Complete all Phillip66 Batches and email to accounting.

Competency Statements

• Must be proficient in MS word, Excel, and Power Point software programs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

• Must have good command of the English language, oral and written.

• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management.

• Interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and ability to manage company credit card for authorized expenditures and submit reconciled expense report accordingly.

Supervisory Responsibility

This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

Work environment is mainly the lobby at the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) but also includes meeting aircraft on the flight line and assisting with customer service. Occasional (rare) driving of company car is required to drop off passengers.

Physical Demands

This is a largely non/sedentary role; however, some physical abilities may be required.

Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with hours that will vary, the FBO is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.

to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Non-Exempt employees may be required to work over 40 hours per week with approval from the department supervisor or manager.

Required Education, Experience and Certificates

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 3 years of reception/Customer Service Experience

Certificates and Licenses: N/A

Computer Skills: Computer Proficiency
