Director of Data Centers - Mission Critical ServicesInfraServices Group Wireless LLC is seeking an experienced operations leader to join our Mission Critical Services team. As Director of Data Centers, you will lead large-scale deployments nationwide, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction. This high-impact role is central to advancing our mission of delivering reliable, high-quality data center solutions that keep businesses and communities connected.
The Director of Data Centers will not only oversee day-to-day operations but also shape strategic initiatives, guide high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement across all facets of delivery. Success in this role means upholding our core values, delivering on business objectives, and positioning InfraServices as the trusted partner of choice in the data center sector. The ideal candidate will be based in Northern Virginia or within commuting distance of our Blue Bell, Pennsylvania headquarters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •Lead multiple program opportunities and deployments across data center and central office projects•Serve as the primary customer-facing operations leader, ensuring exceptional customer service, responsiveness, and satisfaction•Source, staff, and manage large technical teams while ensuring SLA compliance•Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and customer-specific protocols across all operations•Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and capacity management•Oversee resource allocation and utilization, ensuring optimal deployment of personnel, equipment, and materials•Coordinate with cross-functional teams including estimating, sales, and project management•Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure alignment with Company standards, budgets, and timelines •Monitor project delivery metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement •Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) tailored to mission critical environments (data centers, central offices, etc.)•Drive operational improvement initiatives and ensure best practices are implemented•Champion innovation and technology adoption to enhance efficiency, safety, and reliability in mission critical operations•Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams•Other duties as assigned
Supervisory Job Duties: •Carries out supervisory duties in accordance with the Company’s objectives, policies, and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, planning, assigning, and directing work, interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing employee concerns, and partnering with Human Resources to resolve escalated employee matters.

Education: •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited four-year college or university
Experience: •Ten years of operations leadership in data center or mission-critical infrastructure•Proven ability to manage nationwide or multi-site operations and large technical teams •Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering high-value, high-stakes projects on time and within budget•Previous P&L or division level budget ownership •Strong understanding of SLA compliance and quality management•Experience building operational frameworks, SOPs, and best practices•Experience with cross-functional collabo
