The Executive Director of IFP Product Management & Development will be responsible or leading the team that builds IFP product portfolios market by market.
Key responsibilities:
Conducts market and competitive research in new and existing Individual markets to support development of winning solutions, ensuring that IFP products reflect the needs of IFP consumers while focusing on affordability
Drives strategic direction, localization, and execution of Aetna/CVS Individual Exchanges medical plan portfolio development across existing and new markets
Assesses solutions at the Commercial Product and Enterprise level for strategic fit with the IFP business segment
Partners closely with the Individual and Family Plans leaders to influence broader product offerings for exchange business with a local market perspective
Drives proactive solutions/barrier resolution with multiple internal stakeholders to enable effective management of product portfolios and Enterprise initiatives
Collaborates with other Commercial Product functions (e.g., Product Delivery & Implementation, Partner Product) to meet the Product objectives of the Individual business
Coaches, mentors, and manages performance of team members; drives talent development and actively builds bench. Creates a customer focused culture and collaborates across the organization to ensure internal and external constituent needs are met
Support the development of programs and solutions for total cost of care initiatives
Lead the pharmacy product strategy for the IFP business and participate in pharmacy performance management activities
Lead the IFP product development process by identifying and prioritizing enhancements, building business cases for new initiatives, and partnering with delivery teams to bring products to market

Qualifications
Approximately 10 + years of payor, or consulting experience
Proven examples of building innovative products
Individual Exchange/Marketplace experience will be highly valued
People management experience
Financial acumen to understand how products and plan designs impact the overall financial performance of the IFP segment
Highly organized and able to provide positive leadership across multiple work streams in a dynamic, complex working environment
Strong communicator, both verbal and written, with experience influencing across functions and at all levels of an organization, as well as building positive relationships with peers and senior executives
Highest level of attention to detail and the ability to lead multiple projects at a time, adjusting priorities as needed, and ensuring deadlines are met
Financial acumen to understand how products and plan designs impact the overall financial performance of the IFP segment
Education
Bachelor’s degree
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$131,500.00 - $303,195.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
