Technicien de Laboratoire F/H

Eiffage Route contribue à l’amélioration du réseau français, des voies communales aux tracés autoroutiers, qu’il s’agisse de conception, de construction ou d’entretien. Experte en aménagement urbain, Eiffage Route participe également à la réalisation de projets portuaires, aéroportuaires, industriels et commerciaux.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Training at Bac to Bac+2/3 level or equivalent professional recognition

Training subjects: chemistry, physical measurements, materials science, etc.

Significant experience in a laboratory

ENVIRONMENT OF THE POSITION

Hierarchical or functional reporting line : 
Technical Manager, Design Manager, Laboratory Manager

Internal relations: Works operators and industries

External relations: External works laboratory and clients

MISSIONS

Leading and managing a team
Passing on knowledge, particularly when welcoming a new employee or trainee

Specificity Senior Technician
Be able to deputise for the design manager, if necessary, in accordance with his/her technical skills

Organisation and monitoring of activities
Participate in the updating of operating procedures in his/her field of expertise

Technical management
Advise, inform and provide technical assistance to operators and customers on techniques, products and specialities in his/her field of expertise
Carry out tests in the laboratory and on site within the framework of the schedule and instructions given
Be responsible for the quality of the tests for which he/she is responsible by respecting the provisions of the laboratory (mastery of test standards, operating procedures and equipment)
Be responsible for the test equipment and ensure that it is maintained in good condition and that the installations are clean
Participate in inter-laboratory test campaigns
Write, sign and forward test reports to his/her supervisor, with interpretation of the results if necessary

Specificity Senior Technician
Have a recognised expertise or particular technical competence within the laboratory (PCR, specialised referent for certain products and/or processes, etc.)

Specificity Technician and Senior Technician Metrology
Ensuring the metrological traceability of operations carried out by field
Carry out maintenance and metrology operations
Write and sign the verification report and/or the calibration certificate for his/her field of expertise

Quality, safety and respect for the environment
Respect and ensure respect for safety/environmental rules within the laboratory
Respect the application of the quality and environment system in the laboratory
Identify and trace any non-conformity encountered by informing his/her line manager and then the QSE manager
