Your Role at impact.com:

As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will play a key role in evolving, managing, and analyzing impact.com’s compensation programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goals. 

What You'll Do:

  • Lead market analysis and benchmarking efforts to ensure impact.com maintains competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Own the job evaluation process, partnering with Business Partners, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Finance to assess roles, levels, and compensation bands.
  • Manage the annual compensation review cycle, including merit, bonus, and equity planning, in collaboration with Finance and senior leadership.
  • Develop compensation insights and reports providing recommendations based on internal data and external market trends.
  • Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation structures, policies, and programs that support employee retention and motivation.
  • Ensure compliance with pay transparency laws and regulatory requirements, staying ahead of emerging compensation-related legislation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on compensation-related matters, guiding decision-making on offers, promotions, and adjustments.
  • Partner with Finance to conduct compensation modeling, forecasting, and budgeting for salary increases, equity grants, and incentive programs.
  • Leverage HR technology and tools (e.g. Pave, BambooHR) to optimize data accuracy, reporting, and decision-making.

What You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience in compensation analysis and total rewards at a high-growth technology organization with a global footprint
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification is a plus.
  • Strong command of compensation benchmarking methodologies and experience with salary surveys (e.g., Mercer, Pave)
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Google Sheets, Tableau, or similar)
  • Ability to translate complex compensation data into meaningful insights and presentations for business leaders
  • Experience managing global compensation programs across multiple job families, levels, and countries
  • Understanding of pay transparency laws and compliance considerations
  • Experience with private equity compensation and stock option plans
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels

Salary range: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year, plus an additional 5% Company annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligibility to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant
