You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break!</span><br/><b>THE ROLE</b><br/>As a Partner Solutions Senior Manager advocate, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the creation and implementation of cutting-edge partner solutions. This role requires a strategic visionary who can work cross-functionally to define the "blue sky" potential of partner collaborations. You will lead the discovery, design, and implementation phases of new solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including operations, creative operations, commercial, product, and engineering, to deliver high-impact solutions. You may travel to visit partners for this purpose</li><li><b>Conceptual Clarity: </b>Translate complex challenges into clear, organised ideas and documents, simplifying the process of addressing and solving them. This may include creating PowerPoint presentations, requirements lists, or other formats.</li><li><b>Product Requirement Definition:</b> Outline and document product requirements to meet the objectives of new scalable partner solutions, ensuring they align with strategic goals.</li><li><b>Project Management: </b>Oversee project timelines, resources, and success metrics, ensuring that all phases of solution development are executed efficiently.</li><li><b>Stakeholder Engagement: </b>Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating effectively to drive consensus and support for new initiatives.</li><li><b>Implementation Guidelines: </b>Develop and enforce implementation guidelines to ensure that new solutions transition into business as usual, scalable implementation mode, following high-quality standards.</li></ul> <h3> WHO YOU ARE</h3> <ul> <li><b>E-commerce Expert:</b> You have deep knowledge about e-commerce marketplace operations, systems and integrations, enabling you to navigate complex ecosystems and drive impactful solutions.</li><li><b>Technical Awareness:</b> Although you are not a technical expert, your strong logical thinking allows you to ask insightful questions about technical processes and understand their impact on operations.
