Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties or tasks may be assigned as required. - SalesForce.com Administration
- New User Setup
- Minor field updates
- Generate New Reports
- Support integration of single North American tool(s)
- Troubleshoot user issues
- Track requests and recommend prioritization to implement changes
- Forecast Modeling
- Setup and maintain opportunities in OpenAir in a timely manner
- Create and update associated forecasts
- Confirm consistency of information between SalesForce, OpenAir and other sources
- Centralize forecasts for US, Canada, and Mexico from different sources
- Bid / Proposal Support
- Setup documentation repositories on SharePoint
- Support connectivity of global teams on cooperative sales efforts
- Support Bid Management team in proposal generation and management
- Report Generation
- Create new reports for DDCC and/or extended executive team
- Customize reports as requested
- Manage and Maintain SalesForce Analytics Dashboard for North American Organization
- Collect information from US, Canada, and Mexico sources for centralized reporting
- General
- Presentation preparation and delivery (KPI, etc.)
- Issues/Task/Action Tracking
- Support new process development / updates and launch
- Manage third party vendors
- Meeting coordination
- Notetaking

Education and Experience: Associate degree (A.S.) in a management field or two to five years
