Job Description:

OMNIA Partners is seeking a technically skilled and results-driven Senior Analyst, Data & Insights to join our Reporting & Analytics team. This role is ideal for an experienced analyst with a strong background in business intelligence, analytics, and enterprise reporting who thrives on transforming complex, multi-source data into trusted, actionable insights and compelling visualizations.

In this role, you will play a critical part in advancing OMNIA’s data reporting capabilities by contributing to the development of standardized metrics, a governed semantic layer, and high-quality dashboards that enable consistent, data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, operations leaders, and technical partners to ensure data accuracy, alignment, and usability while addressing real business questions.

If you have a strong technical foundation in data reporting, a passion for analytics, and a collaborative and curious mindset focused on data trust and impact, we encourage you to apply. Join OMNIA Partners and help shape a scalable, insight-driven reporting ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Business Partnership & Analytical Leadership: Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior business and operational leaders by translating loosely defined business challenges into structured analytical frameworks that drive measurable outcomes. This role requires the ability to clarify objectives, define meaningful success metrics, and ensure analytical efforts align directly with business impact. The Senior Analyst will proactively surface risks, performance gaps, and growth opportunities within complex datasets, moving beyond descriptive reporting to diagnostic and comparative insight generation. Success in this area requires rigor, comfort challenging assumptions, and the ability to influence decision-making through clear, data-backed reasoning rather than simply fulfilling report requests.
2. Enterprise Reporting Architecture & Dashboard Development: Design, build, and continuously refine executive and operational-level dashboards that align with strategic priorities and enable consistent, data-driven decisions. Reporting solutions must be scalable, well-documented, and grounded in standardized metric definitions to prevent fragmentation or conflicting interpretations. This role is responsible not only for visualization development but also for ensuring performance optimization, usability, and long-term maintainability of reporting assets. The Senior Analyst will balance flexibility and governance, creating solutions that support evolving business needs while protecting metric integrity and enterprise consistency.
3. Metric Governance & Semantic Layer Development: Contribute meaningfully to the development and evolution of a governed semantic layer that serves as the organization’s single source of truth. This includes defining, documenting, and standardizing KPI logic, calculations, and business definitions to ensure consistent interpretation across departments. The Senior Analyst will partner with stakeholders to reconcile discrepancies in metric understanding and ensure alignment between data sources, transformation logic, and business definitions. This work requires disciplined documentation, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a deep appreciation for metric governance in enterprise reporting environments.
4. Data Integration, Modeling & SQL Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and reconcile data from multiple internal and external systems into unified, analysis-ready datasets. The Senior Analyst will write and optimize complex SQL queries within Snowflake environments, ensuring data transformations are accurate, reproducible, and scalable. This role also supports data modeling efforts that enable consistent reporting across sales, operations, supplier, and member
