Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Analytics Specialist to join our Human Resources Directorate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reporting and data analytics, with proficiency in SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, and Power BI. This role will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making within the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain HR reporting and analytics dashboards using Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and metrics related to workforce planning, recruitment, retention, performance, and diversity.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify data needs, gather requirements, and ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems, including SAP and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations, and present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses in response to specific HR inquiries or business needs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with HRIS and IT partners to ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, and to optimize data management processes.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on data visualization tools and techniques, enabling self-service access to relevant HR data.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in people analytics and data visualization, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead the implementation of Workforce Analytics/People Analytics in SAP SuccessFactors.

Job Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting, data analysis or related field.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms, with the ability to create interactive dashboards and reports.
