Salary Range:  Up to $220K **salary is commensurate with education and experience**

Job Summary

Performs as a consultant in highly specialized, leading edge information technologies and methodologies; Provides highly technical and specialized guidance concerning automated solutions to complex information processing problems; Performs elaborate analyses and studies; Prepares reports and gives presentations. Manages the project work as defined by the government. Leads medium to large complex projects and major phases of very large projects. Provides highly technical and specialized guidance and solutions to complex IT problems.

**Please note:  This job requires an existing NSA Top Secret Clearance and Polygraph**

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manages the project work as defined by the government.
• Leads medium to large complex projects and major phases of a very large group.
• Provides highly technical and specialized guidance and solutions to complex IT problems.

Experience Needed:

• Citizenship: Must Be a US Citizen
• Existing Clearance Required: Active Top-Secret SCI with Poly
• Conceptual Cloud Infrastructure knowledge. Ability to draw high level conceptual diagrams to build a new IT infrastructure to include things like: hardware, software, compute, networks, etc.
• Confluence and JIRA knowledge Involved and responsible for leading meetings regarding the UWE IT infrastructure, taking comprehensive notes and putting them onto a confluence page, strategically  thinking about next steps and proposing them to team lead, updating JIRA schedules , creating decisions points within JIRA, putting together technical PPT slides, diagramming concepts, and overall supporting ad-hoc UWE tasks.
• Basic IT Infrastructure security knowledge (i.e. firewalls, routers, physical hardware, software, etc.)
• Minimum education and experience level: High School/GED with twenty (20) years of relevant experience. Associate's degree with fifteen (15) years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree with twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
• Manages the project work as defined by the government.
• Leads medium to large complex projects and major phases of very large projects.
• Provides highly technical and specialized guidance and solutions to complex IT problems.
