The opportunity

We are currently seeking highly motivated people for our Business Transformation practice, a leading provider of services to large corporate clients of all industries.

As a member of our Business Transformation team, you’ll help clients to solve complex enterprise-wide issues by formulating and supporting the execution of transformation programs that aim to redesign the operating model of the organization, transform the underlying operations and processes, and improve business performance. You will work with our clients to help solve their toughest challenges and deliver insightful recommendations that are rigorous in their grounding, creative in their selection, distinct to each client, and practical in their ability to be taken to market. You will help build insight and action plans around competitor intelligence and industry trends to ensure our clients remain forward thinking and agile. You will be skilled at working with and through clients to ensure that they have full ownership of analysis as well as implementation.

 

Your key responsibilities

As a Manager / Senior Manager you will take part in challenging global / regional / local projects and you will:

• Be involved in client meetings and interview client stakeholders to understand their business requirements
• Perform data analyses with advanced analytics tools to understand current state and identify areas of improvement
• Conduct customer and industry research, leveraging external sources and tapping into EY knowledge and network, to identify trends and transformation priorities, relevant to each particular sector   
• Review client operating models, organizational set-up, product portfolio and overall customer value proposition, supporting business processes and IT infrastructure
• Design relevant transformation programs, tailored to the needs of individual clients, capitalizing on EY’s local and global expertise
• Orchestrate the implementation of the program aligning the necessary resources, and maintain oversight of the program execution, to ensure targets set are met

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Excellent academic background, including a Bachelor and Master degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or other related field with strong quantitative focus
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong communication, presentation and writing skills in English and Greek
• Strong drive to excel professionally
• Ability to foster an efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment

 

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Experience from working in a multinational environment or consulting firm
• Experience in one or more of the following: Transformation program design and implementation, Strategy and business planning, Operating model design, Value proposition definition, Business Process Reengineering, Design and implementation of revenue improvement and cost reduction initiatives
• Client facing experience from a professional services background 
• Experience in relevant roles in the Telecommunications, Retail/FMCG, Energy or Heavy Industry sectors, will be considered a strong plus
