Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the program/product vision, roadmap, and goals across the full lifecycle

  • Prioritize features to deliver maximum business value through iterative development

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategy, resources, and execution

  • Facilitate daily scrums, planning sessions, demos, and retrospectives

  • Ensure backlog clarity and availability for development teams

  • Lead customer feedback sessions and translate insights into actionable improvements

  • Coach team members to enhance delivery quality and recognize growth opportunities

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience leading major change initiatives in complex, matrixed environments

  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority

  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional team leadership and collaboration

  • Expertise in IT program and portfolio management practices

  • Skilled in planning, organizing, and managing resources effectively

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience working in global pharmaceutical or healthcare environments

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital product delivery frameworks
