WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Primary responsibilities of a Machine Operator are to: 1.       Set up and perform safe start-ups at the beginning of each shift.  Think safety. 2.       Conduct prompt start-ups, timely shutdowns, and precise changeovers from one product to another.3.       Stack product off the line onto pallets in a neat and uniform manner.4.       Recording accurate production output and downtime.5.       Maintain proper sanitation around machines according to plant GMP’s.6.       Complete all SQF related documentation.7.       Follow all Food Safety procedures and policies.8.       Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel, possibly including, but not limited to, breakout, stacking and cleaning.
