Position Summary: HealthFlex is seeking a compassionate and experienced  Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) who strives to make a real impact for our community. By joining our team you will be providing skilled services to help patients and families cope with the End of Life process.

Role: We are seeking weekend coverage for admissions and routine visits

Schedule: This is shift work, you will not be on-call. Typical shift hours are from 10am-6pm but the hours can be a little flexible

Commitment: At least 3 days per month

Territory Coverage: Counties include Solano, Alameda, Contra Costa and San Francisco 

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted CA RN license
• 1+ years of Hospice experience required
• Current AHA CPR certification
• Driver's License
