POSITION OVERVIEW We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Controller to join our fast-growing _____ Team. The ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing all financial activities within a region, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and financial analysis. This role requires strong leadership to manage accounting teams and collaborate with Branch Leaders to drive financial performance.   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Reporting & Compliance: •Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and company policies •Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes •Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements •Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support audits with external auditors Financial Analysis: •Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, including profitability analysis, cost control, and investment opportunities •Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to improve financial performance Leadership & Team Management: •Supervise and develop a team of accountants and finance professionals •Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to finance staff Cash Flow and Controls: •Manage cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds f
