Senior Functional Analyst

<p>As part of a mission to enhance the application landscape, we are seeking consultants to strengthen internal teams through Keystone Solutions.</p> <p>This program involves a comprehensive takeover of the operational management of approximately thirty business applications initially. These applications span various business and technological aspects.</p> <p>Activities for this takeover may include:</p> <ul><li>Hand Over/Take Over (documentation, application maintenance, development of new features, etc.)</li><li>Reengineering and/or complete rewriting of applications to align them with current development standards</li></ul> <p><strong>Essential Functional Skills:</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>Business Needs Analysis:</strong><br/>Ability to gather, understand, and challenge the needs of users and stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Functional Deliverable Documentation:</strong><br/>Clear and rigorous production of functional documents: user stories, use cases, detailed functional specifications, business processes (BPMN, UML, etc.).</li><li><strong>Process Modeling:</strong><br/>Mastery of UML, BPMN, Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, ERD, etc.</li><li><strong>Functional Testing and Validation:</strong><br/>Definition of test cases, validation of developments, participation in acceptance phases (UAT).</li><li><strong>Product Backlog Management:</strong><br/>Prioritization of needs with the Product Owner, maintaining the backlog, scope management with the project manager.</li><li>Proficiency in FR or NL, and good knowledge of English.</li></ul> <p><strong>Associated Technical Skills (even if not a developer):</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>Reading and Understanding Code / SQL:</strong><br/>Ability to perform functional troubleshooting through simple SQL queries, logs, etc.</li><li><strong>Understanding Application Architectures:</strong><br/>Comprehension of front-end, back-end, API, database layers and their interactions.</li><li><strong>Proficiency in Collaborative Tools:</strong><br/>Confluence, JIRA, etc.</li></ul> <p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>Ability to Engage with Varied Stakeholders:</strong><br/>IT, business, end users, management.</li><li><strong>Critical Thinking and Capacity to Challenge Requests:</strong><br/>Not just a scribe, but someone who asks the right questions.</li><li><strong>Functional Leadership:</strong><br/>Coaching or mentoring junior profiles, actively participating in product decisions.</li><li><strong>User Focus:</strong><br/>Constant attention to ergonomics, user experience, and business value.</li></ul> <p><strong>Expected Experience:</strong></p> <ul><li>A minimum of 10 years of experience on significant projects (ideally in regulated, complex, or critical contexts).</li><li>Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban).</li><li>Participation in redesign/migration/reengineering projects is a plus.</li></ul> <p><strong>Bonus / Additional Assets:</strong></p> <ul><li>Knowledge of prototyping tools (Balsamiq, Figma, Axure, etc.)</li><li>Familiarity with ITIL, TOGAF, or PRINCE2 standards.</li></ul> <p>If you are ready to tackle technical and strategic challenges in a dynamic consultancy environment, apply today at <a href="https://www.keystone-solutions.be/your-dreamjob-starts-here/">Keystone Solutions Career Portal</a>.</p>
