Position Summary 
Safe Haven Security is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our corporate support team.

 

In this role you will:  

• Work directly with customers and our internal field to troubleshoot technical issues
• Proactively address situations by providing step by step directions towards a resolution
• Escalate complex issues as needed

 To be successful in this role, you should have: 

• Strong knowledge of cloud-based technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks 

What Safe Haven requires in a candidate: 

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience with the Alarm.com interface
• At least 1 year of experience as a Safe Haven Security Installation Technician
