Starting Rate: $24.52 – $25.46

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional internal and external customer service that reflects the organization’s values and promotes a welcoming environment.
- Assist with coordinating events, meetings, and internal communications.
- Conduct building tours for prospective members or guests, offering a warm and knowledgeable introduction to our space, amenities, and community values.
- Contribute to a great first impression by supporting the setup and re-arrangement of office furniture, and by helping maintain a clean, functional, and visually appealing environment for tours and onboarding.
- Support basic marketing tasks, including:
- Maintaining a social media content calendar
- Creating and scheduling posts to highlight services, events, and milestones
- Monitoring engagement and recommending content improvements - Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person.
- Manage day-to-day office operations with attention to accuracy, timeliness, and follow-through.
- Coordinate closely with the Director and other team members on administrative functions, including:
-Ensuring office equipment is maintained and operational
- Tracking and ordering office supplies
- Managing accounting records and submitting expense-related documentation to the Finance Department
- Collecting, recording, and depositing funds as needed
- Scheduling and maintaining the Director’s calendar
- Drafting and formatting communications, reports, and other materials
- Preparing and distributing newsletters
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail for the Director
- Maintaining organized files and documentation
- Responding to inquiries from members, tenants, and staff
- Preparing meeting notices, agendas, and minutes as needed
- Build and maintain positive relationships with board members, TRE staff, tenants, and community stakeholders.
- Participate in monthly supervision meetings and team meetings as scheduled.
