MBA Strategic Operations Internship, Customer Organization (Summer 2023)

Internship Program Overview
At ServiceNow, we’re looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their career, all while making a giant impact. We offer 12-week internship opportunities all over the world across various business functions. Interns will participate in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team building activities. Additionally, interns will have access to online learnings and dedicated Summer Coach to further grow their careers with us. If you want to make work, work better, we want you.
What you will do
As a member of the Customer Organization, this role will focus on the major opportunities to advance our global go-to-market efforts and serve as thought leader and business partner to senior leaders within the Customer Organization.
You will be expected to be collaborative and a player/coach- rolling up your sleeves to get work done while also structuring workstreams and providing guidance to others. You are expected to be able to drive work cross-functionally across the entire go-to-market organization in support of C-suite priorities. And you should be a trusted advisor to the team leaders across Professional Services, Customer Success, Training and Customer Experience.
In this role you will work on highly complex problems and help senior leaders and the executive team to organize, prioritize and execute their strategic agenda. Examples of past projects include defining and launching Customer Success, designing Services GTM strategy, and refining cross-organization operating models and metrics.

Education
- Currently pursuing and actively enrolled in an accredited university as a full-time student, pursuing an MBA degree, returning for a final term or year following the summer internship
- Able to commit to a 12-week internship in summer 2023 (May-August, or June-September)
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
- This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.
Professional
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective and mature communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing, comfortable in business and technical discussions
- Experience in building trusting relationships and influencing others (incl. executive audiences)
- Strong people development and leadership skills; able to partner with multiple extended or virtual teams
- Collaborative team player who is also an independent thinker
- Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments
- Experience working in strategy & operations, business operations, management consulting, private equity, or similar
- Experience working in Enterprise Software or Technology
For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $66.57/hr, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sa
