Position Overview

This new team will play a key role in supporting the Chief Growth Officer to deliver the long-term inorganic growth strategy for CRH. This graduate position will provide the candidate a high level of exposure to the existing Strategy, Innovation, Venturing and Development teams within CRH and will work closely with these teams at both a Group and Divisional level.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be involved in several tasks including:

 

• Conduct economic and country research in collaboration with the team

• Support the strategic planning cycle.

• Assist with the preparation of presentations and briefing decks.

• Support with projects as required.

Experience / Education
You are/have:

• 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance or a Business-related discipline
• Analytical, business, and financial acumen 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Organised and detail orientated 
• Team player with ability to contribute both individually and as part of a team
• Proficient in excel, PowerPoint and word
