Registered Nurse | Outpatient Services

JOB SUMMARY:
Provides patient and family centered care through The Compass: St. Cloud Hospital’s Nursing Professional Practice Model to achieve the hospital mission of improving the health and quality of life that reflects the healing mission of Jesus.  Age appropriate care is provided to patients and families. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Maintains professional competencies by attending educational programs, participates in professional organizations, subscribing to the reading professional journals or other appropriate activities. Shares unit responsibility for leadership, planning, implementing, and evaluating care.  

Schedule:

• Part-time, 40-56hrs per 2-week pay period
• Variable shifts Monday - Friday, shift times 6:00am with end times 6:30pm, extended to 7:30pm if needed
• Rotating weekends and holidays 8:00am-2:00pm

Pay and Benefits

• Pay based on experience and degree
  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $40.33 per hour
  • Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour
  • Master’s in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour
  • Pay range: $40.33 - $60.50 per hour
• $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program required.  Baccalaureate or Masters in Nursing preferred.  A minimum of a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing must be obtained within three (3) years
  • Clinic, Outpatient/IV Therapy nursing experience preferred.  Knowledge of nursing principles, policies, procedure and hospital ethics required.
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required. 
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
