More about the role​

In this role you would work with technical R&D team to develop and release LED modules used by European luminaire manufacturers. You will have access to top-notch innovations in lighting business. Here are main tasks on this position:​

• Execute technical/R&D projects
• Prepare and execute comprehensive project plans meeting time, cost and quality targets
• Report on the progress of the project with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and money
• Pro-actively address issues and opportunities focusing on maximizing the added value for the business.
• Ensure the R&D contribution meets agreed targets and helps to optimize the overall output
• Manage stakeholders (I2M project leader and colleagues, R&D Management, Product Management) towards successful delivery of projects
• Represents R&D in the I2M project and provides regular status updates, issues and opportunities as well as corrective actions
• Actively seek for market and customer feedback
• Lead R&D project teams, in a multi-disciplinary context
• Contribute to the community of practice of R&D Project Managers

• A team player;
• Able to estimate time required to complete certain tasks and is able to make plan out of it;
• Enthusiastic about innovations
• Able to decide and set priorities;
• Engineering degree in lighting technology, mechanics, electronics or similar
• Strong communication skills, including communicative English and Polish.
• Knowledge of LED components and relevant area of application (LED Lighting systems) components would be an advantage
