Job Duties: Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product. Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. May telecommute. (385.31242)

 

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Program Manager-related occupation. Position requires:

• Lead and complete technical/engineering programs utilizing Confluence, JIRA, PPM Tool;
• Project management utilizing Agile methodology;
• Creates and executes new programs to aid progression of organization goals utilizing CPQ;
• Communicates progress/blockers with all stakeholders clearly and on time. Articulate technical concepts with non-technical resources utilizing Incident Management tools, Slack;
• Identifies process gaps and drives improvement with all stakeholders to optimize;
• Drive prioritization by wielding influence with all stakeholders to ensure business objective are met in a timely manner. Tools include DevOps;
• Technical and architectural layout/design to lead programs that best fit business needs;
• Collaborate with business partners to understand problems and envision solution to execute on utilizing Tableau;
• Automated reporting – generating daily and weekly reports for executive action utilizing JIRA/JQL, SQL; and
• End to End Product Testing to ensure delivered regions/products are customer ready. Repeatable testing standards via SCRUM, Kanban.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
