The candidate will also:

  • Support PPAP readiness through data validation, documentation, and quality reviews.
  • Analyze key performance metrics (energy, power, internal resistance, degradation, safety behavior).
  • Maintain performance dashboards and share technical insights with cross‑functional teams.
  • Contribute to cross‑functional activities with pack engineering, BMS, quality, and homologation teams.
  • Support Critical Design Reviews (CDRs) with technical data and supplier inputs.
  • Perform hands‑on engineering tasks to support product maturity and launch readiness.
  • Participate in design reviews, supplier technical meetings, and internal alignment sessions.
  • Provide guidance on cell design architecture, including electrode design and materials selection.
  • Support next‑generation materials research, including high‑energy chemistries and advanced electrolytes.
  • Support and supervise dry‑electrode coating development and scalability studies.
  • Guide formation and aging advancements to improve efficiency and cell stability.
  • Provide insights into formation curves, SEI optimization, and early‑life electrochemical behavior.
  • Build, test, and characterize prototype Li‑ion cells for development programs.
  • Support automation improvements in electrode processing, assembly, and inline QC.
  • Provide behind‑the‑scenes technical mentorship, training, and daily engineering support (non‑managerial).
