Job Summary

A member of the Outlet Store team who takes direction from the Outlet Store manager in performing the day-to-day activities of the Outlet Store operations. Stocks merchandise and performs cash register transactions, required to be customer focused, operate with minimum supervision and understand business demands. Performs processing functions from donated textile / hard goods, ensuring quality textile/wares are provided to LLGI retail stores.

Essential Job Duties

1. Expedite the flow of materials between the processing, storage, dock areas and salvage
2. Ensure security and loss prevention for each item by following procedures
3. Stay abreast of position-related knowledge including brand names
4. Maintain clean and organized work area, assist with trash and salvage removal
5. Monitor and recognize security, loss prevention and safety risks and assist in their prevention
6. Participate in required training
7. Contribute to team success by involving others in work processes, decisions and actions
8. Performs all cash register transactions accurately
9. Maintain outlet store stock level and cash register according to standard
10. Follow general housekeeping standards
11. Understand and achieve quotas to meet sales goals
12. Follow outlet store procedures, ensure high quality output and take actions to correct quality problems
13. Effectively manage time to ensure that work is completed efficiently
14. Assume responsibility and accountability for the completion of job duties
15. Contribute to team success by involving others in work processes, decisions and actions
