As we gear up for the highly anticipated Spring 2024 opening of Athens, Georgia’s first luxury, boutique hotel, Rivet House, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager to lead our team and ensure the success of this unique hotel will have 50 luxurious guest rooms, an upscale Italian restaurant and bar, a coffee bar and retail shop, and a 2800 square foot health and beauty spa.

YOU ARE...

A successful Assistant General Manager will have experience supporting the general F&B operations, overseeing service, and leading a team. You empower the team while rolling-up your sleeves in the operation (FOH & BOH) and MUST be passionate about delivering unique experiences across; team-members, guests, and the local community.

As the AGM for the Osteria Olio, you'll be an ambassador for IRHG and authentically embrace Internal Hospitality. You’ll look after all aspects of the property including; people, culture, communication, and operations.

YOU'LL HAVE...

• At least 2 years of successfully managing F&B operations in an elevated and food focused environment
• Positive leadership in fast-paced and full-service restaurants
• Effective communication skills and the ability to navigate important conversation with ownership and senior leadership
• Authentic servant leader focused on Internal Hospitality and embracing IRHG core values
• Skilled problem resolution skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail

Requirements

Flexibility: Your schedule may vary (days, nights, weekends, holidays) based on seasonality, covers, and hours of operation. In general, you can anticipate working 50 to 55 hours a week.
