About the Role:
Are you passionate about driving brand success and eager to innovate in the dynamic world of chocolate? Ferrero is looking for a dedicated and data-driven Associate Brand Manager for our iconic CRUNCH brand.
As the Associate Brand Manager, Crunch you'll play a pivotal role in leading commercialization opportunities and introducing new innovations to the market. Your keen eye for assessing and driving brand performance will be crucial in achieving our annual budget goals. We need a proactive and reactive Associate Brand Manager, Crunch who thrives on knowledge and curiosity.

This role is hybrid and located in our North American HQ in Parsippany, NJ.
Main Responsibilities:
- In-depth market and brand analysis to assist Brand Management in formulating brand strategy within a fast-moving consumer packaged goods category
- Monitor and provide brand performance updates
- Uncover data and insights to guide recommendations
- Assist in preparing and creating engaging, meaningful and persuasive presentations
- Maintain complete understanding of the competitive environment to assess impact on business
- Support innovation lead with artwork development
- Support development and execution of consumer activation plans
- Collaborate with legal department to safeguard company and use of its assets in interactions with third parties
- Leads cross-functional teams with an optimistic, productive and can-do mindset (i.e. Trade marketing, Sales and Supply Chain)
- Point of contact for third party vendors (i.e.: graphic design agencies, research agencies, etc.), obtaining required output while minimizing costs
- Able to prioritize daily demands to meet tight deadlines
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelors Degree in Business; Masters degree in Business is a plus
- 2+ years experience in consumer packaged goods brand marketing
- Excellent analytical skills (driving insights into action)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with consumer data; i.e. Circana
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines
- Product packaging development knowledge is a plus
- Passion, energy and drive to work with world-class brands
- Motivation to advance in a merit-based, multinational organization
- Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; SAP knowledge a plus
