Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Organize and deliver / pick up equipment up to 200 miles from the Seattle Warehouse
- When not delivering equipment or picking up from various sites within the greater Seattle area you will work in the warehouse
- Warehouse duties include picking, packing, receiving, shipping, cycle counting, and standard cleaning duties
- Organize and manage client assets, capturing the needed product in a timely manner
- Manage various timelines with multiple team members. Negotiate competing deadlines so all work is completed on time.
- Ensure 100% accuracy on documentation submitted – Verify work before submitting
- Communicate missing equipment and discrepancies to the stakeholders responsible for projects
- Use laptop to configure Audio Visual equipment
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Must have delivery driver experience – Understanding of how to properly load and unload equipment
- Must know the greater Seattle area and have experience driving in City conditions to include One-way streets, bus only streets, loading and unload zones, etc..
- Must be able to lift 50 Lbs. Proper lifting is essential
- Must have warehouse experience
- Forklift qualified is a plus, but not a requirement
- Previous management experience working with Excel, Smartsheet and MS office products
- 1-2 years working in a team environment with proven results
- Comfortable with laptop and learning new software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team player, willing to a take a hands-on approach to the role

7am - 4pm

Pay Range$30—$33 USD
