This strategic role combines deep functional knowledge with technical proficiency to lead ERP transformation initiatives, support business process improvements, and ensure system integrity across multiple departments and modules.</p><p><strong>Your role:</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Lead end-to-end JD Edwards ERP implementations, upgrades, patches, and integrations.</li><li>Architect scalable and sustainable JDE solutions across Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, HR, Procurement, Inventory, and Sales.</li><li>Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical JDE solutions.</li><li>Configure and support JDE modules, ensuring alignment with business goals.</li><li>Develop and maintain custom objects using JDE toolsets (OMW, FDA, RDA, NER, UBEs, Reports).</li><li>Provide technical leadership in CNC administration, system performance optimization, and JDE development.</li><li>Oversee data migration, system testing, and user training during ERP rollouts.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-impact ERP projects.</li><li>Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and security standards within the JDE environment.</li><li>Create functional specifications, test plans, and training documentation.</li><li>Mentor junior consultants and internal teams on JDE best practices.</li><li>Liaise with Oracle and third-party vendors for support, licensing, and roadmap planning.</li><li>Provide end-user support and training across functional areas.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Your skills and experience:</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).</li><li>14+<span>  </span>years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.</li><li>Proven track record of leading large-scale ERP implementations and upgrades.</li><li>Strong functional expertise in core modules (Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, Sales).</li><li>Technical proficiency in JDE development tools (OMW, FDA, RDA, NER, C Business Functions).</li><li>Deep understanding of CNC architecture, UBE, OMW, JDE security, workflows, and data structures.</li><li>Experience with JDE Orchestrator, BSSV, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools.</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Oracle certifications in JD Edwards.</li><li>Experience with JDE 9.2 or later versions.</li><li>Knowledge of cloud migration or hybrid ERP environments.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.</li></ul><p><span><strong>Life at Capgemini</strong></span></p><p><span>Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
