Brand and Customer Manager Women’s Health/ Fertility - France
The Position
Organon is seeking an entrepreneurial and innovative (Senior) Brand and Customer Manager Fertility for France (f/ m /d). This pivotal marketing role within the newly established Northwest Europe cluster will shape our go-to-market strategy and revolutionize the way we engage with markets. By working closely with customers and crafting cutting-edge marketing programs, you will play a key role in maximizing the value of our fertility portfolio. In-depth knowledge of the French pharmaceutical markets is essential, with experience in Women’s Health and a focus on fertility considered a significant advantage. You will report to the Women’s Health Franchise Lead, the team consists of 7 people.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement direct and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring market alignment and compliance.
- Women’s Health Expertise: Use knowledge of Women’s Health, especially fertility, to tailor marketing strategies.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Design personalized; data-driven campaigns based on customer insights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, aligning marketing with sales and collaborating with various partners.
- Marketing Automation: Optimize processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Data and Performance Monitoring: Measure campaign effectiveness using KPIs and digital tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Competitive Intelligence and Compliance: Analyze competitive intelligence to adapt strategies.
- Multi-Channel Project Management: Oversee projects across various marketing channels.
- Strategic Planning and Innovation: Create strategic plans and develop innovative marketing programs.
- Revenue and Sales Monitoring: Monitor revenue and sales development.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Prepare market and competitive analyses.
- Sales/Demand Planning: Coordinate with the Supply Chain Management team.
- Event Organization and Participation: Organize and participate in events and conferences.
- Financial Forecasts and Budgets: Support financial forecasting and budgeting.
- Business Presentations: Prepare business presentations in French/ English.
- Meeting Preparation and Execution: Prepare and execute cross-functional meetings.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields (Pharmacy, Engineering, Chemistry, Business).
- At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical product/ brand management.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer Engagement: Experience in using data to enhance customer engagement.
- Innovation and Creativity: Strong creative skills and a passion for digital trends and marketing innovations.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Regulatory Awareness: Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and ethical standards.
