Overview:

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data and Operations Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and will be responsible for conducting time audits, analyzing geolocation data, tracking unable visits, and auditing audio visits. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with large datasets to provide actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:
  • Time Audits: Conduct thorough audits of time logs to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Identify discrepancies and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Geolocation Analysis: Analyze geolocation data to track and optimize the movement and efficiency of field personnel. Provide insights on travel patterns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Unable Visit Tracking: Monitor and analyze data related to unable visits. Identify trends and root causes and work with relevant teams to develop strategies to reduce the number of unable visits.
  • Auditing Audio Visits: Review and audit audio recordings of visits to ensure compliance with company standards and protocols. Provide feedback and recommendations based on findings.
Qualifications:
  • Practical knowledge of data collection, processing, and visualization
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (MS Office Suite, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in auditing and compliance roles.
  • Familiarity with audio analysis tools and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience in interpreting complex datasets and delivering actionable insights.

Job Description:

  • Evaluate photo and audio recording audits from field agents based on program expectations and MBO requirements

  • Participate weekly in auditing field performance by listening to and scoring audio recordings, reviewing photo submissions, and providing manager-level coaching and feedback to field team leadership to drive performance improvement

  • Escalate to Program Management any concerning findings throughout audit process

  • Provide insight and feedback from specific agent recordings to Regional Managers to aid in team coaching opportunities

  • Generate reports and tracking process for number of recordings and audio issues observed during evaluations

  • Work closely with national operations manager and rest of operations team to continually identify areas for process improvement

  • Manage process for new hire integration into and terminated employee removal from client-based systems

  • Issue supplies, materials, and equipment to Field

  • Monitor quantities and communicate inventory needs/shortages

  • Conduct routine stock inventory reconciliation

  • Distribute Scheduled and Ad hoc reporting as assigned within specified time-frames

  • Partner with key stakeholders to provide operational support for both field management and internal teams

  • Communicate in a timely and professional manner with all employees and internal stakeholders

  • Contribute to a positive new hire experience by entering accurate and detail oriented data

  • Maintain excellent data integrity within all operations related systems

  • Manage and troubleshoot access to all operations related systems

  • Ensure new agent information is appropriately communicated to internal/external clients (uniforms, badges, business cards, system usernames/passwords, etc.)

  • Provide accurate and timely information in response to all inquiries and general correspondence

  • Effectively create and maintain reporting spreadsheets

  • Maintain a high-level of customer service throughout all inbound/outbound communications
