The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform in depth analysis of underlying collateral pledged in support of structured financing transactions. Analysis will assess liquidity, credit and market risk to guide the team in recommending appropriate solutions while managing risk mitigation, position haircuts, client goals & ROI
  • Assist in the internal approval processes and work closely with internal control groups
  • Support the team in the risk management of transactions, including collateral and liquidity management
  • Work on transaction documentation in coordination with internal and external counsel
  • Work with a diverse group of relationship and coverage teams to support the marketing and origination effort for Structured Solutions

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering, preferred
  • Experience in strategic equity finance and track record in financing equity and equity-linked products using both derivative and cash structures, helpful
  • Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills

The typical base pay range for this role is between $100K - $170K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
