Who We’re Looking For

You’re a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You bring a balance of strategic thinking and executional excellence, with the ability to manage complex projects from start to finish while also diving deep into business needs. You're equally comfortable developing project plans and gathering stakeholder requirements, and you know how to translate ambiguity into clear, actionable deliverables. If you’re proactive, adaptable, and driven to make an impact through both leadership and collaboration—this role is for you.

About the Role

As a Project Manager with business analyst responsibilities, you’ll play a key role in leading cross-functional initiatives that align with First Western’s strategic objectives. You’ll oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution to stakeholder communication and delivery—while also engaging deeply with business partners to define requirements and translate goals into actionable outcomes. Your ability to balance structured project oversight with analytical insight ensures clarity, efficiency, and impact across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, resources, and dependencies, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Coordinate communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, generate leadership updates, and maintain project documentation in compliance with company standards.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Translate business needs into clear project deliverables and support solution design by ensuring alignment between requirements and technical execution.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), maintain traceability of requirements, and contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, with exposure to business analysis responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working in both waterfall and agile project environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop solutions within defined boundaries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact across departments and with external vendors and clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with the autonomy to manage large projects or processes with limited oversight.
  • Team player with strong customer service focus and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • CAPM or equivalent and/or Scrum Master certification preferred (within 90 days of hire).

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary: $71,000 – $107,000/YR, plus strong bonus potential.

  • 401(k) plan with employer match.

  • Paid parking and transportation benefits.

  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including:

    • Health savings accounts (HSA)

    • Flexible spending accounts (FSA)

    • Medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Generous paid time off and bank holidays.

  • Access to training and professional development programs.

  • Sponsorship and support for obtaining professional certifications.

  • A culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and shared success.
