Job Description:

About the Role: 

The Utilities Technician role at the Carrollton location is a skilled technician’s job and includes all phases of machine maintenance & repair such as electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, welding, machining of parts, hydraulics, and pneumatics.  You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: 

• Perform preventive & predictive maintenance on utilities & Ammonia equipment.  

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Ammonia refrigeration system, HVAC, boiler, water heating, freezer room, wastewater, 

cooling tower, air compressor & dryer. 

• Execute work orders on time as assigned by planner, PSM Manager, or other supervisors as assigned in proper priority.  

• Manage plant utilities systems to include but not limited to the plant refrigeration, boilers, HVAC, compressed air, Wastewater Treatment Plant, water chemical systems, and domestic water systems.
