Now, we're looking for an inspiring Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and elevate excellence in resident-centered care.

Your Impact as Director of Nursing

This isn't just a management role -- it's an opportunity to shape culture, mentor future leaders, and drive clinical excellence in a dynamic skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.

You will:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire our nursing team to deliver exceptional resident care

• Ensure compliance with Medicare, HIPAA, and state/federal regulations

• Oversee EMR/EHR documentation accuracy and clinical quality measures

• Supervise shift operations and coordinate effective staffing

• Promote a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes

• Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

• Participate in on-call rotation

What You Bring to the Team

• Active RN license with current CPR certification

• Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation

• Strong understanding of nursing administration, Medicare, and regulatory compliance

• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and documentation review

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to develop staff, build teamwork, and foster accountability

• Solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and care planning
