Groundskeeper / Cleaner

We are seeking Groundskeepers/Outdoor Cleaners for opportunities in a facility located in Texarkana, AR.

Compensation:

Pay Rate:  $12.00 per hour                              WEEKLY PAY! 

Hours:      Following Shifts Available:  6:00 am - 2:00 pm

                                                                        2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

                                                                       10:00 pm - 6:00 am (Some Weekends Required)

Responsibilities:

• Routine upkeep of parking lot and areas surrounding the buildings
• Garbage/Trash disposal
• Pressure washing and sweeping walkways and parking lot
• Other cleaning tasks as needed

Requirementss:

• Must pass drug screen and background check 
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• A strong work ethic
• The ability to work alone 
• Safety Oriented
