Group Sales Operations Executive

<p>We are currently looking for a <strong>Group Sales Operations Executive</strong> to join our dynamic Sales Team. An advocate of sustainable cashless economy, Viva Wallet harnesses the power of their disruptive in-house technologies to provide digital payments services in 19 languages and 9 currencies, featuring over 24 payment methods.</p> <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the Sales team in all tasks related to sales, administration and special projects;</li> <li>Monitor the project’s status and present reports to project stakeholders;</li> <li>Provide support to our Sales team with the collaboration of various technology departments and ensure compliance to all policies and procedures;</li> <li>Responsible to coordinate the roll out of all sales projects at a group level;</li> <li>Responsible to monitor all basic Sales KPIs at a group level; </li> <li>Responsible for preparing specific sales reports at group level;</li> <li>Collecting feedback regarding sales operations and providing technical specs to the right teams for improvement;</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>At least 4 years of relevant working experience;</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills, to help the teams get things done effectively and efficiently;</li> <li>Ability to analyze a range of complex data, transform data into information and generate effective reports;</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to collaborate smoothly with others;</li> <li>Ability to handle a high workload in a fast-paced environment;</li> <li>Excellent computer literacy skills;</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication in both Greek and English;</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><ul> <li>A competitive salary package (based upon your skills and experience);</li> <li>Private medical &amp; life insurance;</li> <li>Annual Bonus (based on targets’ achievement);</li> <li>Career &amp; competencies' development;</li> <li>Modern workspace environment;</li> </ul><p></p><p>#LI-Onsite</p>
