We are seeking a passionate and driven Maintenance Manager to lead and develop our Maintenance team at our brand new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Williamsburg Township, OH. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our operations. You will have the chance to build and mentor a high-performing team, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment, ultimately contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional products to our customers. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, tackle complex maintenance issues to achieve continuous improvement and/or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives, and develop strategies that will set the standard for excellence in our factory.

 

• Develop vision needed to lead and oversee maintenance support to factory operational equipment, as well as general facility maintenance.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of the Maintenance Department to maintain equipment at the highest practical level through continuous improvement of the maintenance systems, as well as leadership within the facility’s continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish departmental goals and objectives to maintain a low-cost, high-efficiency operation.
• Develop and implement innovative technical ideas and solutions for improved production efficiencies to reduce operating cost.
• Complete planning and budgeting for maintenance activities including extraordinary maintenance as well as annual budget for labor, repair materials, and outside contractors.
• Continuously improve maintenance staff to provide effective frontline leadership, maintenance planning, and a skilled hourly workforce through hiring, development, and retention initiatives.

 

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, military or related environment
• 5+ years of people leadership experience to include salaried and hourly personnel

 

Other

• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $92,000 to $155,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
