The pay range above represents the minimum and maximum rate for this position in California. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range. Salary range will vary for remote positions outside of California.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Microsoft SharePoint developer is an essential resource responsible for assisting with modernizing and maintaining the GCHP SharePoint online environment, as well as building digital automation solutions to modernize manually driven processes. Their tasks include developing and integrating customized business applications and workflows. This position requires a strong understanding of SharePoint and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents). The main responsibility of the developer is to accurately implement digital automation solutions based on the design and guidelines provided by the Microsoft Collaboration and System Specialist. This role aligns with the foundational imperative of supporting the Operations of the Future program.

Essential Functions Statements

• Closely collaborate with the MS Cloud Collaboration & System Specialist (MCCSS), to create and deploy modern business solutions by following direction, understanding, and using various types of design diagrams, as well as maintaining a proactive approach to effectively support the goals & objectives of the Operation of the Future program.

• Develop and implement advanced processes, configurations, and data collection for presentation purposes that support business needs and decision making.

• Attend and participate in various types of meetings and working sessions scheduled by MCCSS and/or key stakeholders.

• Assist with the modernization, enhancement & maintenance of GCHP’s M365 & Azure environments for continued growth, business process/collaboration improvement, and capacity planning.

• Steward M365 & Azure out-of-the-box capabilities, solutions, and features to business and technical teams. Assist with the promotion of user adoption, best practices, ownership of applications, content, and sites with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with internal IT staff including Infrastructure, Information Security, and Applications teams.

• Proactively monitor health, usage, and overall audit compliance around access and security within all M365 workloads.

• Assist w/the development of educational & technical materials specific to Power Platform & SharePoint

• Stay current with changes to M365, M365 tenant solution services, Azure, and Azure Entra (Active Directory) features and offerings.

• Perform related duties assigned.
