Job Description Summary

The Vendor Liaison serves as the point of contact for the Strategic Planning Office (SPO) Production Support team within Individual Solutions. In this role the Vendor Liaison will partner with business to understand issues, questions, broken functionality, and system outages/disruptions and be responsible to manage the issue(s)to resolution which includes communication of issue, requirement definition, test case creation, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), create release notes and determine root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains databases used by operations
• Identifies solutions
• Triages issue ticket and enhancement requests (performing  analysis)
• Documents requirements, test cases and performs testing.
• Work tickets through execution
• Update master ticket with information- ticket phase, target implementation date, risk reportable event etc.
• Assist in creation of creating alerts for database outages or issues
• Raises up concerns or risks to leadership
• Shares production support ticket root causes for broken functionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. 
• Two years of experience in vendor liaison/management or a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication, and listening skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and effectively lead discussions.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills.

Working Conditions

Your working location designation is Remote. Remote means that you will not be expected to work from a Company office location on a routine basis. When not working in a Company office location, you will be expected to work from your home or other approved workspace in the U.S.

The salary for this position generally ranges between $58,000 - $77,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and bel
