Finance and Operations Manager

<p><strong>About the Role</strong><br>We're seeking a Finance and Operations Manager to manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, own relationships with key partners (e.g. banks, outside accounting firms), and lead strategic and operational projects. You'll report to the President and serve as a central point of contact for all finance and operations matters across Dime Line Trading and other Dime Line Holdings entities.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Accounting and Treasury</strong> <ul> <li>Manage bank, trading, and other accounts to ensure adequate liquidity and optimize returns on capital</li> <li>Manage payables and receivables platform and oversee client invoicing process, including reconciliations</li> <li>Partner with HR to facilitate payroll operations</li> <li>Oversee expense reimbursement platform and respond to employee inquiries</li> <li>Manage accounting firm relationships and work with them to facilitate monthly financial reporting</li> <li>Serve as primary contact for banking relationships</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Corporate Finance</strong> <ul> <li>Manage cap table, equity platform (e.g., Carta), and investor communicationsManage financial performance reporting and projections</li> <li>Understand differences between our trading performance reporting and actual PNL (e.g. fees, rebates / incentives)</li> <li>Coordinate periodic valuations (e.g. 409a) and equity-related obligations</li> <li>Oversee intercompany transactions and establish framework for intercompany payments to ensure adequate funding</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Tax and Audit</strong></li> </ul> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Manage annual and quarterly federal / state / local tax filings in partnership with our tax accounting firm</li> <li>Manage the annual audit process and develop plans to address audit-related to-dos</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve tax efficiency</li> <li>Develop, maintain, and document transfer pricing policies across Dime Line Holdings entities, ensuring intercompany transactions are priced at arm's length and supported by appropriate documentation (e.g., intercompany agreements, benchmarking analyses)</li> <li>Coordinate with external advisors on transfer pricing studies and ensure compliance with applicable regulations across relevant jurisdictions</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Contract &amp; Operations Management</strong> <ul> <li>Maintain contract database and proactively manage renewals and key dates</li> <li>Assist with evaluating vendor relationships and identifying po
