Job Description

• Check-in / check-out all equipment stored in the instrumentation lab.
• Super user of internal asset management database system.
• Continuously keep tracking of equipment inventory.
• Troubleshoot and verify equipment with unknown status.
• Follow instrumentation procedures to support engineers and projects with equipment on time.
• Prioritize calibration activities based on upcoming workload.
• Interface with calibration and equipment vendors.
• Oversee invoicing of calibration and test equipment.
• Manage storage location and labelling of test equipment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• The candidate must have a basic electrical knowledge including the items below:
• Ability to perform soldering and knowledge of operating tools and equipment needed to perform required work.
• Ability to read and update wiring diagrams.
• Ability to create wiring harnesses following documented schematics and data sheets.
• Assemble connectors with including component per company standards.
• Assist with sensor and harness repair as needed.
• Verify the functionality of instrumentation by following documented procedures.
