Your Role

As an HR Generalist Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support various initiatives, from documenting HR processes to recruiting top talent and contributing to strategic HR projects. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, enhancing our HR knowledge management, and fostering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

HR Knowledge Management & Process Optimization

  • Assist in mapping, standardizing, and updating HR workflows and procedures.
  • Help create clear and structured HR documentation, guides, and policies to improve internal knowledge sharing.

Recruitment Support

  • Participate in the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including:
    • Posting job ads on relevant platforms.
    • Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
    • Coordinating interview schedules and follow-ups.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and academic institutions to develop a talent pipeline.

HR Projects & Collaboration

  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives, such as diversity & inclusion programs and employee engagement projects.
  • Assist in onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Help manage employee records and support administrative HR tasks.

Requirements

  • Strong Communication Skills: You are comfortable engaging with candidates, employees, and external partners.
  • Team Player: You enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to team success.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using HR tools and eager to learn new systems.
  • Education: You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
