Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our therapists, nurses, caseworkers, and foster parents in delivering exceptional care to our patients. As a Therapist Technician, you will serve as the friendly and resourceful face of our facility, ensuring efficient patient management processes and maintaining a clean and accessible medical office.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments and coordinate tests for patients in collaboration with staff and therapists.
• Work with doctors and case workers to acquire medical scripts when needed.
• Record and organize patient medical records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Ensure all schedules are filled and facilitate the transfer of children between homes and designated areas for tele-therapy.
• Assist potential foster families in engaging in tele-health services with potential foster children.
• Act as a knowledgeable resource for case workers, potential foster families, and administrative staff regarding tele-health services.
• Manage the upkeep and maintenance of the office to create a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
• Facilitate communication between patients, visitors, and medical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies to support the needs of the office and medical staff.
• Assist therapists in therapy designated activities, such as grabbing equipment and cleaning up as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be Bilingual in **Spanish**
• Demonstrated interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Education in a medical field preferred.
• Experience as an administrative assistant with strong organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management processes.
• Familiarity with patient management software systems.
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment.
• Experience in foster care, either as a foster parent or through working in foster care, is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient care and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible work schedule.

Additional Information

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level. Final offer/contract amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skillset, work experience and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this position is: $16-$19/hr

Office location: 3920 W Charleston Blvd suite Y and Z, Las Vegas NV 89102

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
