Your Mission:
Forget the old HR playbook. Your role is to partner with our leaders to align our people and talent strategies with our business priorities. You’ll ensure we have the right skills sets, organizational structure, and environment to foster a high performing team.
What you’ll do:
Act as a strategic, influential partner, aligning people initiatives with business objectives to foster a culture of accountability and high achievement.
Lead change through understanding organizational dynamics, breaking down barriers, and driving collaboration.
Be the guardian of talent by identifying the skills and capabilities for the future and building a talent plan to hire, develop, and retain the talent needed to deliver the business strategy.
Champion a culture of feedback and continuous improvement, where constructive conversations lead to real change.
Resolve complex employee relations issues with empathy and effectiveness, maintaining a balance between fairness and organizational needs.
Work effectively across all areas of the business and other areas of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, and Talent.
Leverage data available to drive change and decisions using data and analytics.
Drive organizational design to meet the needs of the business to accelerate change and drive accountability and results.
Assist with implementing Human Resource programs at the regional level while recognizing and adapting, as needed, to each country's local, cultural, and statutory requirements.
Manage all Human Resource administration to ensure Human Resource data is accurate and compliant with local legislation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What Makes You Stand Out:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience, with strong HR business partner experience supporting senior-level leaders. Technology company and/or Global company experience helpful.
Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to quickly understand the business and build trusted relationships with all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills to leverage and interpret data to influence decision-making.
A proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
Progressive thinking and ready to recommend new practices that adapt and evolve with the business landscape.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, combining creativity with practical solutions.
Exceptional critical thinking skills, combining creativity with practical solutions.
Strong organization and project management skills.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
