We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a strong focus on admissions coordination to join our dedicated team.  And includes a $5,000 Sign on Bonus!




Schedule


Full-time (40 hours/week)
Includes one weekend day per week





Key Responsibilities

As an Admission Nurse at Kline Galland Home, primary responsibilities include:


Clinical review of incoming patient referrals to determine care needs and eligibility for services.
Experience in reviewing and entering Medication Orders.
Complete Patient Assessments, Consents and other Admission Paperwork.
Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external Teams.
Knowledge of Healthcare Insurance Plans and processing for Authorizations.
Knowledge of ordering supplies for new admissions.
Excellent Customer Service.
Excellent attention to detail.




Qualifications
Active Washington state or Multistate LPN license 
Experience in admissions or patient intake preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Compassionate and professional demeanor
