Job Description
Visa’s Corporate Functions People Team is seeking an experienced Senior Director, People Business Partner to support the Global Risk Organization. The successful candidate for this role is client centric and comfortable navigating challenging forces in a fast-paced, dynamic payments space within an ever-changing environment. This is a great opportunity to join a world class brand at an exciting time of transformation. This individual will also be a key member of the Corporate Function’s People team and work closely with their counterparts for successful planning and delivery of People programs and services to the business. They will operate as a trusted advisor and business partner to executives and to other members of the company's senior management team, functioning as the expert on people and organizational issues.
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned to Risk’s functions business strategy and objectives.
- Serve as a strategic business partner to Risk senior leadership focused on a broad-based, transformational talent agenda designed to recruit, develop, and retain the very best innovative talent in the business.
- Provide, strategic partnership in the areas of organizational design, organizational development and all people planning activities including succession planning, talent management, employee engagement and change management to support delivery of the Risk business strategy, objectives, and key results.
- Build performance management capabilities by coaching leaders to enhance the capability of people leaders, effectively address performance issues and deliver effective feedback.
- Partner with the People Team Centers of Expertise to deliver People Solutions to the business, including annual performance and compensation review, talent management and development, engagement survey and action plans, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Support workforce planning initiatives and build capabilities needed to achieve the stated vision and strategy.
- Ensure that policy and advice to client group is in accordance with employment law, Visa strategy and best practice.
