Senior Engineering Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading and guiding large engineering teams.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Engineer or Tech Lead handling backend, distributed systems, and big data projects.
• Proven expertise in engineering management and navigating complex project landscapes.
• Achievement of operational excellence through lean, collaborative, and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional partnership skills with a history of successful collaboration across cross-functional teams.
